Logomats are specialized floor products that combine functionality with brand promotion. Unlike ordinary floor mats, they serve two purposes: protecting floors and enhancing brand visibility through logos, slogans, and other brand graphics. Custom logomats, branded entrance mats, industry-specific advertising mats, and personalized floor mats all belong to this category. Their core features are customization and a strong focus on branding.Whether used in retail stores, restaurants, or industrial facilities, logomats turn standard floor coverings into subtle brand ambassadors. Their adaptability makes them suitable for many industries, as they can be tailored to specific environmental and branding requirements while still providing practical benefits such as slip resistance and dirt absorption. Made from durable materials, they offer long-lasting performance and strong visual impact, making them a cost-effective tool for both marketing and facility management.
In the vape industry, logomats are essential for brand differentiation in a competitive market. Usage scenarios include vape shop entrances, product testing zones, and trade show booths that areas with high foot traffic and frequent customer interactions. Crafted from nylon-rubber material, these mats offer excellent performance: nylon’s high absorbency traps nicotine residue and dust, while the rubber backing ensures strong anti-slip stability on tile or concrete floors, reducing accident risks. Size and color customization are key—standard sizes range from 40cm×60cm (small shop entrances) to 200cm×200cm (exhibition spaces), and colors can match brand you want. The manufacturing process uses Inkjet printing or CMYK printing, which delivers sharp, fade-resistant graphics even after frequent cleaning. Their main purpose is to reinforce brand identity and maintain a clean environment. Functional advantages include resistance to e-liquid stains (a common issue with generic mats) and easy maintenance via vacuuming or damp mopping. They act as “brand touchpoints,” with vape-specific graphics (like device silhouettes) that resonate with target customers.
For food restaurants, logomats address critical needs: hygiene, safety, and customer loyalty. They are placed at front entrances, buffet lines, and kitchen exits. The nylon-rubber material excels here: nylon absorbs liters of liquid (ideal for rainy days or spilled drinks), and the rubber backing adheres firmly to tiled floors, even with oil or sauce exposure. Customization options let restaurants align mats with their style: cozy cafes choose soft pastels and hand-drawn logos, while BBQ joints opt for bold reds and grill graphics. Colors match Pantone brand shades. Purposes include greeting customers and reducing cleaning workloads. Functions like slip prevention lower liability risks, and easy cleaning (we also have the meachine washable ones) saves time. Differentiation lies in scenario-specific design: some mats include “Watch Your Step” “Tasty” “Welcome” slogans with logos, blending safety reminders with brand warmth.

In the clothing & shoes retail sector, logomats merge style with durability. They are used at store entrances (to remove shoe dirt), fitting room doors (for a premium feel), and checkout areas (to reinforce branding). Nylon-rubber material ensures longevity: nylon’s abrasion-resistant fibers withstand constant shoe friction, and the rubber backing prevents shifting on polished floors. Customization caters to fashion branding: luxury shoe brands use metallic ink for logos, while streetwear stores choose graffiti-style graphics and neon colors. Sizes range from 90cm×150cm (entrances) to 40cm×60cm (fitting rooms), with high-resolution logo printing matching garment tags. It is used to protect retail floors and enhance the shopping experience. The functions like scratch prevention safeguard expensive flooring, and easy maintenance (vacuuming or hose cleaning) suits busy stores. Their uniqueness lies in being an extension of the brand—high-end stores’ mats feature fabric texture-inspired graphics, creating a cohesive experience that generic mats can’t match.

For the pet industry, these logomats prioritize pet safety and brand trust. They are placed at pet store entrances (to wipe muddy paws), grooming tables (for slip prevention), and vet clinic waiting areas (to comfort pets). Nylon-rubber material is pet-friendly: environmentally friendly nylon resists chewing, and environmentally friendly rubber provides grip for wiggly pets. Customization leans into whimsy—pet boutiques print paw prints or cartoon animals with logos, while vet clinics use calming blues and “Welcome, Furry Friends” slogans. Sizes are pet-centric: 30cm×200cm (small grooming tables) to 80cm×100cm (large dog areas), with fade-resistant colors even with shampoo or urine exposure. CMYK priting ensures clear, paw-friendly graphics. They are used to reduce the cleaning time and make sure comforting pets. Functions like hair and mud trapping keep stores clean, and environmentally friendly materials ensure safety if lied. Differentiation includes lengthened 2cm edges to contain spills and soft surface for pet comfort, blending branding with animal care—something regular mats don’t offer.

In the beers industry, logomats combine durability with festive branding. They are used at bar entrances, beer tasting stations, and brewery tour check-ins. Nylon-rubber material handles beer-related challenges: nylon repels stains and odors, and rubber stays in place on wet floors. Customization embraces beer culture—craft breweries print hop patterns or bottle labels with logos, while sports bars use team colors and “Cheers!” slogans. Sizes range from 120cm×180cm (bar entrances) to 200cm×600cm (festival booths), with colors mimicking beer hues (amber, gold). Inkjet printing ensures graphics resist fading from beer splashes or industrial cleaners. They are used to enhance brand loyalty and maintain a safe bar environment. Functions like slip prevention and reducing floor stickiness address common bar issues. The unique straits are that they include fun beer facts (e.g., “Brewed with local hops!”) with logos, engaging patrons beyond just drinking—an advantage over generic bar mats.

For the automotive industry, logomats are built for industrial toughness. They are placed at dealership entrances, service bay floors, and parts storage areas. Nylon-rubber material is industrial-grade: thick nylon resists oil and grease absorption, and puncture-resistant rubber handles tool carts. There are four thickness of our nylon rubber ones, including 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 9mm in total. Customization reflects professionalism—dealerships use metallic silver logos (mimicking car paint) with “Service You Can Trust” slogans, while parts suppliers print tool graphics. Sizes are industrial-scale: 150cm×300cm (service bays) to 200cm×400m (entrances), with dark colors (black, navy) hiding grease stains. CMYK printing bonds graphics to nylon, preventing peeling from heavy boots or tools. They are used to promot brand reliability and protect industrial floors. Functions like oil damage prevention and slip reduction enhance workplace safety. Differentiation includes anti-fatigue thick rubber backing for mechanics, blending branding with employee comfort.

In the sports & fitness industry, logomats support active lifestyles. They are used at gym entrances, yoga studio floors, and weight room areas. Nylon-rubber material delivers performance: moisture-wicking nylon absorbs sweat, and anti-slip rubber works even when wet. Customization matches fitness energy—CrossFit gyms use bold blacks/reds with “No Pain, No Gain,” while yoga studios choose calming greens and lotus graphics. Sizes are workout-friendly: 100cm×100cm (yoga mats) to 150cm×180cm (entrances), with fade-resistant colors despite sweat and cleaning. Digital printing creates high-resolution graphics, including workout cues (e.g., “Squat Here”) with logos. They are used to motivate members and protecting gym floors. Functions like weight damage prevention and anti-slip propertie meet gym needs. Differentiation lies in training aid integration—printed workout guides add value, making them more than just branding tools.

Our printing equipment is the ChromoJet printer from the Austrian company Zimmer, which is one of the most advanced nylon-printing machines in the world. The nylon we use is made from imported nylon 66 yarn, which improves the overall quality of the logomats. The production process includes the following steps: tufting; printing (which involves coloring, fixing, washing, and drying); cutting; and vulcanizing the rubber backing.
