In terms of size, the maximum width is 200cm, and the regular length does not exceed 600cm. If you need a longer size, you can customize it by paying the minimum additional fee. There are two options for edge types, namely no edge and rubber edges with a width of 1.5cm or 2cm, to meet different usage needs.

Shenzhen Dotcom Houseware Products Co.,Ltd. custom carpets offer flexible material combinations, with surface options including flame-retardant nylon (450gsm tufted/600-950gsm twisted types for simple designs) and polyester (for complex patterns), paired with optional loop/cut pile styles and latex (better anti-slip) or TPR (more durable) backing; standard models range from DK-2450 (5mm total thickness, low price) to DK-2300 (8-9mm total thickness, high price), all using 2000gsm rubber backing, while hot-selling sizes cover 40*60cm to 90*150cm, with a maximum customizable size of 200cm*1200cm (rubber mats allow lengths over 600cm with surcharge). The carpets adopt imported Austrian spot inkjet printing, support up to 12 colors from the Pantone solid coated system (including Pantone C/U/TPX standards), feature optional edge treatments (no edge or 1.5/2cm rubber edge) with stitched edging to prevent fraying, and accept ODM/OEM orders with no MOQ limit (1 piece available, ideal order quantity ≥100sqm).

Different materials are available. Nylon one, and the polyester one. The nylon one is usually used for simple designs while polyester ones for complex designs. Nylon one is flame-retardant. From the pile style speaking, there are loop pile and cut pile.For backing, it can be either latex or TPR backing. Comparing with the TPR backing, latex backing provides better anti-slippery function than the TPR backing, while TPR backing is more durable than latex.You can combine the surface and backing randomly according to your demands.
