This product series includes three models: DK-2450, DK-2400 and DK-2350PT, with differentiated configurations to meet diverse application needs. DK-2450 features a 450g/m² 100% nylon (PA) pile with a height of 3mm, paired with a 2mm-thick, 2000g/m² rubber backing; DK-2400 is constructed with a 500g/m² 100% polyester pile (3mm height) and a 2mm-thick, 900g/m² PVC backing; DK-2350PT comes with a 350g/m² 100% polyester pile (3.5mm height) and a 2mm-thick, 900g/m² TPR backing. The consistent 2mm backing thickness across all models ensures basic stability, while the varied pile materials, weights, heights and backing types enable the three models to adapt to different usage scenarios.
These display pads will show case your motorcycle in style in any showroom, garage or car display area at any show. Made with UV stabilizers, the motorcycle pads can be used outdoors and will not fade in direct sunlight for years.

Customized design for free: You can provide your own design drawings in JPG, AI, or PDF formats (with letters at least 4 centimeters clear, avoid using colors that are too similar or lack contrast), or you can only provide ideas and have factory designers help create the drawings for confirmation before production;
Color and edge options: Supports Pantone color (Pantone C/U/TPX), if not selected, the designer will recommend it; There are three types of edges: borderless, 1.5cm rubber edge, and 2cm rubber edge;
Size limitation: The maximum width of rubber floor mats is 200 centimeters, and the maximum length is 600 centimeters. If they are longer, additional fees may apply;
Convenient logistics: The factory has cooperative freight forwarders, which can directly export or use the freight forwarder designated by the customer;

The production and quality assurance system is perfect, and the production process covers nine standardized links, namely tufting, gluing, printing, yarn printing, backing, cutting, edging, needle inspection, and packaging, to ensure the standardization of product production. The product has passed multiple authoritative certifications, including Intertek certification, OEKO Tex Standard 100 textile hazardous substance testing certification ISO 14001、ISO 9001、 Bureau Veritas certification and BSCI business social standard certification ensure comprehensive product safety and quality.
Pantone colors ( Pantone C, Pantone U or Pantone TPX) are acceptable, If exact colors cannot be appointed, our designer will recommend the best match color for verification and approval.
