Different materials are available. Nylon one, and the polyester one. The nylon one is usually used for simple designs while
polyester ones for complex designs. Nylon one is flame-retardant. From the pile style speaking, there are loop pile and cut pile.For backing, it can be either latex or TPR backing. Comparing with the TPR backing, latex backing provides better anti-slippery function than the TPR backing, while TPR backing is more durable than latex.You can combine the surface and backing randomly according to your demands.

Product Specification
This custom logo floor mat comes in four models (DK-2450, DK-2000, DK-2200, DK-2300), with surface materials covering 450gsm tufted nylon and 600/700/950gsm twisted nylon, corresponding to surface thicknesses of 3mm to 6–7mm; all models are equipped with 2000gsm rubber backing, resulting in total thicknesses of 5mm to 8–9mm and price grades divided into low, medium and high. It adopts spot inkjet printing machines imported from Austria, supports 12 color options from the Pantone solid coated system (including white and black), offers hot-selling sizes of 40×60cm, 60×90cm, 80×120cm and 90×150cm, and provides fully customizable designs and sizes with a maximum dimension of 200cm×1200cm.

Certifications and Quality Control
The production and quality assurance system is perfect, and the production process covers nine standardized links, namely tufting, gluing, printing, yarn printing, backing, cutting, edging, needle inspection, and packaging, to ensure the standardization of product production. The product has passed multiple authoritative certifications, including Intertek certification, OEKO Tex Standard 100 textile hazardous substance testing certification ISO 14001、ISO 9001、 Bureau Veritas certification and BSCI business social standard certification ensure comprehensive product safety and quality.
1. Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity?
-- No, we produce starting from one piece. But with more qty, the price would be less.
2. What's the size for a rubber mat?
--Max width is 200cm, and 600cm long or below. Longer length is acceptable subject to a minimum surcharge.
3. Do the mats have an border?
--There are two types of edges, without edge or with a rubber edge of 1.5cm or 2cm
4. Is it need to pay Art Fee for making custom design?
--No, Art Fee is free,
1) You could provide your own design in JPG, AI or PDF files. Please note that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Avoid combinations of very similar colors with little contrast.
2) You may provide your logo or design image, our designer could make the art work according to your requirements, we will send the finished art work for your approval before production. With the custom designs, you can customize the exercise solution.
5. How to choose design colors?
--Pantone colors ( Pantone C more recommended) are acceptable. If exact colors cannot be appointed, our designer will recommend the best match color for verification and approval.
6. How many colors can be produced in one design?
--Normally within 12 colors inclusive of white color if you would like the nylon and rubber mat. As for the more complicated designs, pls feel free to ask us for recommendations.
7. How to find the freight forwarder?
--Dotcom has experience in directly exporting to most major cities. We can provide our own freight forwarder and choose the best one who has good service and competitive price for your port. Or we can also use the freight forwarding you appointed.
