Customers can independently provide design files in JPG, AI, or PDF formats, with a minimum letter size of 4cm to ensure readability and avoid similar color combinations with low contrast; Alternatively, only the logo or design concept can be provided, with the assistance of the manufacturer's designer to complete the design. The design draft will be submitted to the customer for confirmation before production. The color scheme supports Pantone color (Pantone C color card is preferred). If it is not possible to specify the exact color, the manufacturer will recommend the best matching color for customer verification. Under normal circumstances, training pads made of nylon and rubber materials are designed in no more than 12 colors, including white. For complex designs, please consult the manufacturer for professional advice.

4. Is it need to pay Art Fee for making custom design?
--No, Art Fee is free,
